- 1 refrigerated pie crust or homemade pie crust
Instructions:
- Preheat Air Fryer:
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (180°C).
- Cook Sausage and Vegetables:
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground sausage until browned. Add chopped onion and bell pepper and sauté until softened. Drain any excess grease.
- Prepare Pie Filling:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked sausage and vegetables with Monterey Jack cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, beaten eggs, flour, baking powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
