For the Meatballs:

  • 1 pound (450g) ground beef or a mix of beef and pork
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
