 Ingredients

For 1 Ninja Creami/SLUSHi pint

 Base:

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries (hulled)

  • ½ cup cold water (or coconut water for tropical twist)

  • 2–3 tablespoons simple syrup (or adjust to taste)

  • 2 tablespoons lime juice (fresh is best)

  • 1.5 oz white rum (optional for classic daiquiri)

  • Pinch of salt (enhances flavor)

Optional Add-ins:

  • 1 tablespoon triple sec or orange liqueur (for complexity)

  • 1–2 teaspoons honey (for natural sweetness)

  • 2–3 mint leaves (for a fresh finish)

Method 1: Ninja SLUSHi / Creami Pint

 Step 1: Blend the Base

In a blender or mixing bowl, blend or stir:

  • Strawberries

  • Water

  • Lime juice

  • Rum (optional)

  • Simple syrup

  • Salt

Blend until smooth. Pour into the Ninja pint container and freeze upright for 6–8 hours or overnight.

 Step 2: Spin

Once frozen:

  1. Insert the pint into the Ninja Creami Breeze or SLUSHi system.

  2. Select the SLUSHi function.

  3. If texture is crumbly or powdery, add a splash of cold water or rum and re-spin once.

 Step 3: Serve

Pour or scoop into a chilled glass. Garnish with:

  • A lime wheel

  • Fresh strawberry on the rim

  • A sprig of mint

Method 2: Quick Blender Version (No Freeze)

If you’re skipping the freezing:

Blend Together:

  • 1½ cups frozen strawberries

  • ½ cup ice

  • 2 oz white rum

  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

  • 2–3 tablespoons simple syrup

Blend until thick and slushie-like. Serve immediately!
