  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives (optional)
  • Cooking spray for greasing

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Layer Tater Tots:
    • Arrange the frozen tater tots in a single layer at the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  3. Cook Sausage:

  4. Layer Cheese and Sausage:

  5. Prepare Egg Mixture:
