Total Time: 10 minutes active (plus freeze if needed)
Servings: 1–2
Difficulty: Easy

 Ingredients

For a 16 oz drink (adjust as needed):

Base (Freeze or blend):

  • ¾ cup strong brewed coffee or 2 shots of espresso, cooled

  • ½ cup whole milk (or oat, almond, or skim milk)

  • 2–3 tablespoons vanilla syrup (like Torani or homemade)

  • 1 tablespoon sugar (optional, adjust to taste)

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (boosts flavor)

  • Pinch of salt (enhances sweetness)

  • 1–2 tablespoons half-and-half or heavy cream (for extra creaminess, optional)

If using blender instead of frozen pint:

  • 1½ cups ice

SLUSHi Method 1: Ninja Creami Breeze or SLUSHi Attachment

Step 1: Mix & Freeze

  1. Combine all ingredients in a measuring cup and stir well.

  2. Pour into a Creami pint container, filling to the line. Freeze upright for 6+ hours, ideally overnight.

Step 2: Spin It

  1. Insert frozen pint into your Ninja SLUSHi or Creami Breeze.

  2. Select the SLUSHi setting.

  3. If the texture is crumbly or powdery, add 1–2 tablespoons of cold milk and re-spin.

Step 3: Serve

Spoon or pour into a tall glass. Top with whipped cream and a drizzle of vanilla or caramel syrup if desired.

SLUSHi Method 2: Quick Blender Version

If you’re skipping the freeze:

Step 1: Blend

Add all ingredients plus 1½ cups of ice into a high-powered blender. Blend on high for 30–45 seconds, until smooth and slushie-like.

Step 2: Adjust

Taste and adjust sweetness or vanilla flavor. Add more syrup or ice as needed for consistency.

Step 3: Garnish & Enjoy

Pour into a glass, top with whipped cream, and dust with cinnamon or vanilla powder for a café-style look.
