Air fryer Sausage rolls

Ingredients:
- 1 sheet of ready-rolled puff pastry, thawed
- 8 pork sausages, casings removed
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions:
- Preheat Air Fryer:
- Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (350°F) for 5 minutes.
- Prepare Pastry and Sausage:
- Lay out the thawed puff pastry sheet on a clean work surface. Cut it into 8 equal squares.
- Remove the casings from the sausages and divide the sausage meat into 8 portions.
- Assemble Sausage Rolls:
- Place one portion of sausage meat along the center of each puff pastry square.
- Roll up the pastry to encase the sausage meat, sealing the edges by pressing them together. Repeat for the remaining squares.
- Egg Wash:
