Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon olive oil or non-stick spray
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the Air Fryer:
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 3 minutes.
- Prepare the Ramekins:
- Lightly grease two small ramekins or silicone molds with olive oil or non-stick spray.
- Add Water:
- Add about 1 tablespoon of water to each ramekin.
- Crack the Eggs:
- Carefully crack an egg into each ramekin, making sure not to break the yolk.
- Cook the Eggs:
- Place the ramekins into the air fryer basket. Cook at 350°F (175°C) for 5-6 minutes, or until the egg whites are set and the yolks are cooked to your desired level of doneness.
- Remove and Serve:
- Carefully remove the ramekins from the air fryer using tongs or a heat-resistant glove. Let them cool for a minute before gently running a knife around the edge to release the eggs.
- Season and Garnish:
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
