Air fryer Garlic Butter Roasted Mushrooms

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb fresh mushrooms, cleaned and halved or quartered

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Air Fryer:
    • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
  2. Prepare the Mushrooms:
    • Clean the mushrooms and cut them into halves or quarters, depending on their size. Pat them dry with a paper towel.
  3. Make Garlic Butter Mixture:
    • In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
  4. Coat Mushrooms:

    • After 10-12 minutes, check the mushrooms for desired doneness. They should be golden brown and tender.
  7. Serve:

    • Garnish with additional chopped parsley if desired.
