Ingredients:

  • 1 lb fresh mushrooms, cleaned and halved or quartered
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Air Fryer:
    • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
  2. Prepare the Mushrooms:
    • Clean the mushrooms and cut them into halves or quarters, depending on their size. Pat them dry with a paper towel.
  3. Make Garlic Butter Mixture:
    • In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
  4. Coat Mushrooms:
    • Place the cleaned and dried mushrooms in a large mixing bowl. Pour the garlic butter mixture over the mushrooms and toss until evenly coated.

  6. Check Doneness:
    • After 10-12 minutes, check the mushrooms for desired doneness. They should be golden brown and tender.
  7. Serve:
    • Once cooked, transfer the roasted mushrooms to a serving dish.
    • Garnish with additional chopped parsley if desired.
    • Serve hot as a delicious side dish or appetizer.
  8. Enjoy:
