Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ingredients:
    • In a large mixing bowl, combine the Rice Chex, Corn Chex, pretzel sticks, mixed nuts (if using), and bagel chips.
  2. Prepare the Seasoning:
    • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter.
    • Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
  3. Preheat the Blackstone Griddle:
    • Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium-low heat.
  4. Cook the Chex Mix:
    • Pour the Chex mix ingredients onto the preheated griddle.
    • Drizzle the seasoning mixture evenly over the Chex mix on the griddle.
    • Using a spatula, gently mix the ingredients to ensure they are evenly coated with the seasoning.
    • Spread the mix into an even layer on the griddle.
  5. Stir and Cook:
    • Cook the Chex mix for about 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes to prevent burning and ensure even toasting.
    • Adjust the heat as needed to maintain a consistent medium-low temperature.
  6. Cool and Serve:
    • Once the Chex mix is golden brown and crispy, remove it from the griddle.
    • Spread the mix onto a baking sheet to cool completely.
