Ingredients:

- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced

- 1 cup snap peas, trimmed
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

Instructions:
- Preheat Air Fryer:
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Prepare Chicken:
- In a bowl, combine sliced chicken with soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, cornstarch, grated ginger, and minced garlic. Toss until the chicken is well-coated and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- Cook Chicken in Air Fryer:
- Drizzle the marinated chicken slices with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and place them in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
- Add Vegetables:
- In a large bowl, toss the broccoli, bell pepper, carrot, and snap peas with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
- Combine Chicken and Vegetables:
- Add the seasoned vegetables to the air fryer basket with the cooked chicken. Toss everything together.
- Continue Cooking:
- Air fry for an additional 5 minutes or until the vegetables are tender-crisp and slightly charred.
- Garnish and Serve:
- Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions if desired. Serve the stir fry over rice or noodles.
