Air Fryer Hasselback Potatoes

Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Serves: 4

Ingredients:

  • 4 medium-sized russet potatoes, scrubbed and dried
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

 Preheat the Air Fryer:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

 Prepare the Potatoes:

  1. Place a potato on a cutting board, with its length parallel to the board.
  2. Make thin slices across the potato, being careful not to cut all the way through. You can use chopsticks or wooden spoons on each side to prevent slicing all the way.
  3. Repeat the process for all the potatoes.

Season the Potatoes:

  1. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Brush the seasoned oil mixture over the potatoes, making sure to get it between the slices.

Air Fry:

  1. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket.
  2. Air fry for 25-30 minutes or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy on the edges.

Optional Cheese Topping:

  1. If using Parmesan cheese, sprinkle it over the potatoes during the last 5 minutes of cooking.

Garnish and Serve:

  1. Remove the Hasselback Potatoes from the air fryer.
  2. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
  3. Serve immediately and enjoy your crispy and flavorful Air Fryer Hasselback Potatoes!

Note: Experiment with different herbs and seasonings to customize the flavor of your Hasselback Potatoes.

These Air Fryer Hasselback Potatoes make a delicious and visually appealing side dish, perfect for any meal. The air fryer ensures a crispy exterior while keeping the insides tender.
