Cooking Time: 10 minutes

Total Time: 20 minutes

Yields: 2 servings

Ingredients:

  • 2 lobster tails, thawed if frozen
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Air Fryer:
    • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare Lobster Tails:
    • Using kitchen shears, cut through the top of each lobster shell lengthwise, stopping at the tail.
    • Gently lift the lobster meat, keeping it attached at the base, and place it on top of the shell.
  3. Season Lobster Tails:
    • In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
    • Brush the seasoned butter mixture over the exposed lobster meat, ensuring it’s evenly coated.
  4. Air Fry Lobster Tails:
    • Place the prepared lobster tails in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not touching.
    • Cook for 8-10 minutes or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through, with an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  5. Serve:
    • Carefully remove the lobster tails from the air fryer.
    • Serve the Air Fryer Lobster Tails with lemon wedges on the side for squeezing over the lobster meat.
  6. Optional: Broil for Extra Crispiness (Optional):
    • If desired, transfer the lobster tails to a baking sheet and broil for an additional 1-2 minutes for extra crispiness.
  7. Enjoy:
    • Serve the Air Fryer Lobster Tails immediately, and enjoy the succulent, buttery goodness!

Note: Cooking times may vary based on the size of the lobster tails and the specific model of your air fryer. Adjust accordingly to ensure the lobster is cooked to perfection.
