  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Air Fryer:
    • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. Prepare the Pork Tenderloin:
    • Trim excess fat from the pork tenderloin.
    • In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a spice rub.
  3. Season the Pork Tenderloin:
    • Rub the spice mixture evenly over the pork tenderloin, making sure to coat all sides.
  4. Prep the Air Fryer Basket:
    • Lightly coat the air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray.
  5. Air Fry the Pork Tenderloin:

  7. Rest and Slice:
    • Remove the pork tenderloin from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  8. Serve:
    • Slice the pork tenderloin into 1/2-inch thick slices.
