Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil or non-stick spray
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Air Fryer:
    • Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 3 minutes.
  2. Prepare the Ramekins:
    • Lightly grease two small ramekins or silicone molds with olive oil or non-stick spray.
  3. Add Water:
    • Add about 1 tablespoon of water to each ramekin.
  4. Crack the Eggs:
    • Carefully crack an egg into each ramekin, making sure not to break the yolk.
  5. Cook the Eggs:
    • Place the ramekins into the air fryer basket. Cook at 350°F (175°C) for 5-6 minutes, or until the egg whites are set and the yolks are cooked to your desired level of doneness.
  6. Remove and Serve:
    • Carefully remove the ramekins from the air fryer using tongs or a heat-resistant glove. Let them cool for a minute before gently running a knife around the edge to release the eggs.
  7. Season and Garnish:
    • Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
