Ingredients:

  • 2 cans (14 ounces each) canned salmon, drained and flaked
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or olive oil for greasing

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Air Fryer:
    • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare Salmon Mixture:
    • In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained and flaked canned salmon, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, chopped green onions, chopped red bell pepper, egg, Dijon mustard, fresh lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning (if using), salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Shape Patties:
    • Divide the salmon mixture into equal portions and shape them into patties.
  4. Grease Air Fryer Basket:

  5. Air Fry:
    • Place the salmon patties in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until the patties are golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Serve:
