Ingredients:
- 12 large jalapeño peppers
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 12 slices of bacon, cut in half

Instructions:
- Preheat Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare Jalapeños:
- Cut jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes. Use a spoon or knife for this step. Wear gloves to protect your hands from the jalapeño oils.
- Prepare Filling:
- In a bowl, mix together softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika until well combined.
- Fill Jalapeños:
- Stuff each jalapeño half with the cream cheese mixture.
- Wrap with Bacon:
- Wrap each cream cheese-filled jalapeño half with a half-slice of bacon, securing it with a toothpick.
- Arrange on Baking Sheet:
- Place the bacon-wrapped jalapeños on a baking sheet, ensuring they are spaced apart.
- Bake:
- Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes or until the bacon is crispy and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve:
- Remove toothpicks before serving.
