BBQ Bacon Wrapped Shrimp

An easy and delicious appetizer or main course, these bacon-wrapped shrimp are sure to please a crowd. The sweet and savory BBQ sauce complements the salty bacon and juicy shrimp perfectly.

Ingredients:

    • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
    • 12 slices bacon
    • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
    • 1 tablespoon honey
    • 1 tablespoon mustard (dijon or spicy brown)
    • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and fresh black pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

  2. Cut the bacon strips in half.

  3. Wrap each shrimp with a half slice of bacon, securing with a toothpick or skewer.

  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the BBQ sauce, honey, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.

  5. Place the bacon-wrapped shrimp on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  6. Brush the shrimp with the BBQ sauce mixture.

  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the shrimp are cooked through.

  8. Serve immediately.
