Ingredients:

  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 slices of cheese (cheddar, Swiss, or your favorite)
  • 4 English muffins, split and toasted
  • Butter for toasting
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: sliced avocado, salsa, hot sauce

Instructions:

Hash Browns:

  1. Preheat Air Fryer:
    • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season Hash Browns:
    • In a bowl, toss the frozen shredded hash browns with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Air Fry Hash Browns:
    • Spread the seasoned hash browns evenly in the air fryer basket.
    • Air fry for 15-20 minutes, tossing and flipping halfway through, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
  4. Set Aside:
    • Once done, set the hash browns aside.

Sandwich:

  1. Prepare Eggs:
    • While the hash browns are cooking, prepare the eggs. You can fry or scramble them according to your preference.
  2. Assemble Sandwiches:
    • Toast the English muffin halves in a toaster or on a skillet with a little butter until golden brown.
    • Place a slice of cheese on the bottom half of each English muffin.
    • Top with the cooked eggs, followed by a generous portion of air-fried hash browns.
  3. Season and Top:
    • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
    • Add any optional toppings you desire, such as sliced avocado, salsa, or hot sauce.
  4. Complete Sandwich:
    • Place the top half of the English muffin on each sandwich, creating a delicious breakfast stack.
  5. Enjoy!
