Ingredients
- 1 large bag of Nacho Cheese Doritos
- 1 cup cooked ground beef or shredded chicken
- 1 can (15 oz) refried beans (optional)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 1/4 cup pickled jalapeño slices
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup guacamole
- Salsa, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Layer Doritos:
- Spread half of the Doritos on a large baking sheet or oven-safe platter.
- Add Toppings:
- Evenly distribute half of the ground beef or shredded chicken, refried beans (if using), and half of the cheeses over the Doritos.
- Add Another Layer:
- Add the remaining Doritos on top, followed by the remaining ground beef or chicken, refried beans, and cheeses.
- Bake:
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Top and Serve:
- Remove the nachos from the oven and immediately sprinkle with black olives, diced tomatoes, green onions, and pickled jalapeño slices.
- Garnish:
- Add dollops of sour cream and guacamole on top. Serve with salsa on the side.
