Recipe: Garlic Steak & Potato Foil Packets

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lbs sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 4 large potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup baby carrots, halved
  • 1/2 cup green beans, trimmed
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions:

Preheat the Oven:

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

 Prepare Foil Packets:

  1. Cut four large pieces of heavy-duty aluminum foil.
  2. Place an equal amount of sliced potatoes on each piece of foil.
  3. Top the potatoes with steak cubes, baby carrots, and green beans.

 Make the Garlic Steak Marinade:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together minced garlic, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and black pepper.

 Coat Ingredients:

  1. Drizzle the garlic steak marinade over the ingredients in each foil packet.
  2. Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley over the top.

Seal the Foil Packets:

  1. Fold the foil over the ingredients to create a packet.
  2. Seal the edges tightly to prevent any juices from leaking.

 Bake:

  1. Place the foil packets on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness and the potatoes are tender.

Serve:

  1. Carefully open the foil packets.
  2. Serve the Garlic Steak & Potato Foil Packets hot, straight from the packets.
