  • Grated Parmesan cheese for serving (optional)
  • Fresh chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Cook Tortellini:
    • Cook the cheese tortellini according to the package instructions until they are al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Preheat Griddle:
    • Preheat your griddle over medium heat until hot.
  3. Prepare Tortellini:
    • In a large mixing bowl, toss the cooked tortellini with olive oil, minced garlic, and dried Italian herbs until well coated.
  4. Griddle Tortellini:
    • Spread the seasoned tortellini in an even layer on the preheated griddle.
  5. Cook Tortellini:
    • Cook the tortellini on the griddle, stirring occasionally, until they are heated through and lightly browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  6. Season:
    • Season the griddled tortellini with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting the seasoning as needed.
  7. Serve:
    • Transfer the griddled tortellini to a serving platter or individual plates. Optionally, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and fresh chopped parsley over the top for extra flavor and garnish.
  8. Enjoy:
    • Serve the delicious griddle tortellini hot as a quick and flavorful meal or side dish.
