Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat the Blackstone Griddle:
- Preheat your Blackstone griddle on medium-high heat.
- Cook the Tortellini:
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the tortellini and cook according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
- Sauté the Vegetables:
