Ingredients
- 4 flour tortillas (8-inch size)
- 1 cup chocolate chips or chocolate chunks
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar (optional, for dusting)
- 1/4 cup whipped cream (optional, for serving)
- Fresh strawberries or raspberries (optional, for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat the Blackstone Griddle:
- Set the griddle to medium heat and allow it to preheat for about 5 minutes.
- Assemble the Quesadillas:
- Place two tortillas on a clean surface.
- Evenly sprinkle 1/2 cup of chocolate chips or chocolate chunks over each tortilla.
- Top each with another tortilla to form a quesadilla sandwich.
- Cook the Quesadillas:
- Melt 1 tablespoon of butter on the griddle.
- Place the quesadillas on the griddle, making sure to leave enough space between them.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the tortillas are golden brown and the chocolate is melted. Add the remaining butter when flipping the quesadillas.
- Serve:
- Remove the quesadillas from the griddle and let them cool for a minute.
- Cut each quesadilla into wedges.
- Dust with powdered sugar if desired and serve with whipped cream and fresh berries for an extra treat.
