Ingredients
- 4 slices sourdough bread
- 4 tablespoons butter, softened
- 4 slices cheddar cheese (or your preferred cheese)

Instructions
- Prepare the Bread:
- Butter one side of each slice of sourdough bread.
- Assemble the Sandwich:
- Place 2 slices of bread, butter side down, on a clean work surface.
- Add 2 slices of cheese on each piece of bread.

- Top with the remaining slices of bread, butter side up.
