Title: Hot and Sour Soup
Ingredients:
- 6 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup bamboo shoots, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup tofu, cubed
- 1/4 cup soy sauce

- 1 tablespoon chili sauce (adjust to taste)

Instructions:
- Prepare Ingredients:
