    • Salt and pepper to taste
  5. Shredded Cheese Layer:
    • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (or a Mexican blend)
  6. Lettuce Layer:
    • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  7. Toppings:
    • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
    • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
    • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
    • 1 jalapeño, sliced (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Guacamole Layer:
    • In a bowl, combine mashed avocados, lime juice, chopped red onion, cilantro, salt, and pepper. Mix well and set aside.
  2. Prepare Sour Cream Layer:
    • In another bowl, mix sour cream, taco seasoning, and salt. Set aside.

    • In a separate bowl, beat together softened cream cheese, taco seasoning, and salsa until smooth.
  4. Cook Ground Beef:

    • In a serving dish, layer the guacamole, sour cream, cream cheese mixture, cooked ground beef, shredded cheese, and shredded lettuce.
  6. Top with Toppings:
    • Sprinkle diced tomatoes, sliced black olives, chopped green onions, and jalapeño slices over the top.

    • Refrigerate the 7-layer taco dip for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
