  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: grated Parmesan cheese for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Vegetables:
    • Cut the sweet potato, carrots, zucchini, and parsnip into thin, even strips (similar to French fries).
  2. Season the Vegetables:
    • In a large bowl, toss the vegetable strips with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until they are evenly coated.

    • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.

  5. Serve:
    • Remove the vegetable frites from the air fryer and transfer them to a serving plate.
    • Garnish with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped fresh parsley, if desired.
