Carnivore Pork and Beef Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1/2 lb bacon, chopped
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon beef gelatin powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: herbs and spices such as garlic powder, onion powder, or paprika (for a bit of extra flavor)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the Bacon:
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped bacon until crispy.
- Remove the bacon and set aside, leaving the bacon fat in the skillet.
- Cook the Ground Meat:
- Add the ground beef and ground pork to the skillet with the bacon fat.
- Cook over medium heat until browned and cooked through, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Prepare the Cream Sauce:
- In a medium saucepan, heat the beef broth and heavy cream over medium heat.
- Add the softened cream cheese and whisk until smooth.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and beef gelatin powder, mixing until fully combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Combine and Bake:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked bacon, ground beef, and ground pork.
- Pour the cream sauce over the meat mixture and stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and slightly golden on top.
- Cool and Serve:
- Allow the casserole to cool for about 10 minutes before serving.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
