Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup plain yogurt

For Garlic Butter:
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions
- Prepare the Dough:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, and baking powder.
- Add the yogurt and olive oil, mixing until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
- Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Prepare the Garlic Butter:

- Remove from heat and stir in the chopped parsley, if using.

- Roll each portion into a ball, then flatten and roll out into a thin oval or round shape, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Cook the Flatbread:
- Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
- Cook each flatbread for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Brush each cooked flatbread generously with the garlic butter mixture while still warm.
- Serve:
