Hot dogs fried inside a corn tortilla

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Hot Dogs:
    • Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Grill or cook the hot dogs until they are fully cooked and have nice grill marks. Remove from heat and set aside.
  2. Prepare Corn Tortillas:
    • In the same skillet or a separate one, add enough vegetable oil to coat the bottom of the pan. Heat the oil over medium-high heat until it shimmers.
  3. Fry Corn Tortillas:

    • Once the tortillas are crispy, remove them from the oil and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil. Place a cooked hot dog in the center of each fried tortilla.
  5. Add Toppings:

  6. Serve:
