Ingredients
- 4 bone-in pork chops (about 1 inch thick)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions
- Prepare the Pork Chops:
- Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels.
- Season both sides of the pork chops with salt and black pepper.
- Make the Coating:
- In a small bowl, mix together the sour cream, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and paprika until well combined.
- Prepare the Breadcrumb Mixture:
- In another bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, and chopped parsley.
- Coat the Pork Chops:
- Spread a generous layer of the sour cream mixture over both sides of each pork chop.
- Press the pork chops into the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring an even coating on both sides.
- Preheat the Air Fryer:
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
- Cook the Pork Chops:
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Place the coated pork chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they do not overlap. If necessary, cook in batches.
- Spray the top of the pork chops lightly with cooking spray.
- Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 10 minutes, then flip the pork chops and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) and the coating is golden brown and crispy.
