Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Blackstone Griddle:
    • Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium heat (about 350°F).
  2. Prepare the Cookie Dough:
    • In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
    • Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
    • In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
    • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
    • Fold in the chocolate chips.
  3. Cook the Cookies:
    • Lightly grease the griddle with butter or a non-stick spray.
    • Using a cookie scoop or a tablespoon, drop cookie dough onto the griddle, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
    • Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until the edges are golden brown and the centers are set.
  4. Cool and Serve:
    • Remove the cookies from the griddle and let them cool on a wire rack.
    • Serve warm or at room temperature.
